Kwoll Terms of Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Kwoll on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and to the terms of the app store from which you downloaded Kwoll.

Kwoll — including its puzzles, artwork, name, logo, sounds, and all related content — is owned by Two Squared LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.

You agree to use Kwoll only for its intended purpose. You will not interfere with or disrupt the app, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or use the app in any unlawful manner.

Future versions of Kwoll may offer optional in-app purchases. Any such purchases will be processed by the applicable app store and are governed by that store's terms; we do not receive or store your payment card information.

Kwoll is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Two Squared LLC and its members, officers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
